to transfer the data into Salary Billing Module.

Description

The module for planning and scheduling of working hours and recording attendance enables the user to record specific work data for different employee profiles. It is based on the regular work obligations of employees and scheduled working hours of specific work stations for different days of the week.

In addition to manual recording, it is also possible to automatically transfer the data with the use of registration cards.

At the end of a working month, the work hours recorded are automatically transfered to Salary Billing.

Advantages

Work hours planning enables a better overview of attendance to the management and to the employees. Coupled with the recording of attendance we always have access to the whereabouts of employees.
